Sacroiliac & Facet Joint Injection
SI joints and facet joints are a common cause of lower and upper back pain, and can be treated with X-ray-guided steroid injections of the spine.
Trigger Point Injection (TPI)
TPI is a procedure that uses an injected local anesthetic or steroid to treat painful areas of muscle or knots.
Kyphoplasty / Vertebroplasty
For patients with vertebral compression fractures due to osteoporosis or a tumor.
Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS)
A small device implanted in the back blocks the transmission of pain through the spinal cord, for patients who have exhausted all other therapies including medications, injections, and surgery.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
A regenerative medicine technique that uses a patient's own blood concentrated with platelets to accelerate healing in injured tendons, ligaments, muscles, and joints. Commonly used for sports injuries and arthritis, offering a non-surgical option to reduce pain and inflammation.
